Website privacy
This page covers the foxrx.ca website only. The FoxRx application has its own privacy design: patient information is not stored or sent anywhere, and pharmacies receive a privacy impact assessment support pack. Ask us for it at hello@foxrx.ca.
Who we are
FoxRx is operated by Leduclinic Ltd., Leduc, Alberta, Canada. We handle personal information under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we measure
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views, referring sites, country and device type. It does not use cookies or identify individual visitors.
If we run online advertising, we may also use Google Analytics and Google Ads to learn which ads bring visitors here. Those tags load only after you choose Allow in the notice on the site, and you can say no without losing anything. We do not use them for ad personalization.
Email you send us
If you email us, we use your message and contact details to reply and to arrange a trial. We keep that correspondence for as long as we have a business relationship, then delete it. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Please do not send patient information
Do not include patient names, health numbers or other health information in emails or feedback.
Your choices
To change your choice about Google tags, clear this site's data in your browser and the notice will appear again. To see, correct or delete information you have sent us, email hello@foxrx.ca. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
